Mr. Raphael Abolasom Kumah, the newly elected NPP Parliamentary Candidate for Bole-Bamboi Constituency has appealed to the NPP members in the Constituency to put their individual idiosyncrasies aside and co-operate with the Party’s executives to win the 2024 general election.

He said now that the internal contest were over, what is needed in the constituency is total unity, hard work, total commitment as well as supplications to win the elections and asked the party faithfuls to remove barriers that would militate against unity stability and uniformity, peace and party’s cohesion.

He made the appeal after he was declared winner in his victory speech in the just ended parliamentary primaries.

At the end of the polls Mr Raphael obtained 407 votes against his sole contender David Sei Demah who had 172 votes.

Mr Raphael thanked the delegates for their support that gave him the mandate to lead them and assured them that he will do all within his power to justify the trust reposed in him.

He commended the other aspirant Hon. David Sei Demah for healthy campaign and extended olive branches to him to join him for his quest to wrestle power from the incumbent NDC MP.

Speaking to Yagbon News, Hon. David Sei Demah who is a defeated candidate called for unity, understanding and love from the rank and file of the party to ensure a massive win for the NPP in next year’s elections.

Hon. Demah said: “One person had to win, and once the elections were over let us all closes our ranks for the bigger contest against our opponents next year.”

Hon. David pledged to co-operate with the newly elected parliamentary candidate to ensure total victory for the party next year.
