Mr Ibrahim Ewura popularly called Coach IB who was released by Bole United a couple of months ago has been appointed assistant coach of Dormaa based Division One Side Wamanafo Mighty Royals.
Coach IB led Bole United to the sub middle League of the Northern Regional Division Two league but was surprisingly sacked afterwards.
According to the CEO of Mighty Royals Mr Asante Yeboah, Coach IB has signed a two year contract to assist the head coach Mr Mensah Logosu aka coach Lion who narrowly missed out on the Premier League with his former side Techiman Eleven Wonders to Bofoakwa Tano in the play off.
The Royals finished 3rd on last season’s Division One League only behind Young Apostles and the winners Boafoakwa Tano.
Therefore, Coach IB and his boss the Lion have their work cut out for them as they are expected to qualify the club to the Premier League next season.
