A NADMO pick-up was involved in an accident on Saturday 12 June 2021 around 1:00 pm about 150 metres away from the Amdaway new fuel station along the Sawla -Bole with five persons sustaining various degrees of injuries.
The DCE for Sawla Hon. Lawal Tamim confirm this to Yagbon News when he visited the affected persons at the Sawla Polyclinic.
He said it is a worrying situation but thank God they were all saved.
He seized the opportunity to appeal Ghana Highway Authority to consider repairing the Wa-Bamboi road saying it is posing alot of danger to commuters.
He stressed that constant maintenance will curb a lot of road casualties.
The car involved in is a Toyota hilux with an Identified number traveling from Accra to Wa.
