The Deputy Constituency Organizer of the National Democratic Congress for Bole-Bamboi Samuel Sansah Gonsob has escaped death as he was almost killed by an unknown assailants.
Narrating his ordeal Mr Gonsob said in the hours of 1-2am on 20th September, 2020, he heard a nock at his window and was called to come out.
He went out and saw three persons of which one threw a stone at him that got his forehead so he took to his heals to the kurabaso park and subsequently to the police station.
At the police station I was called to come back to the house as my wife has gone to Bale living our children with me so I quickly rush to see them only to find out that my room was on fire Mr Gonsob explain.
Addressing the media the MP and parliamentary candidate for the NDC for the Bole- Bamboi constituency Hon Yussif Sulemana condemned the incident but said every one knows the position of Mr Samuel Sansah in NDC in Bole Bamboi Constituency.
Hon. Yussif stated that since 1992 to date no executive has ever been attacked in the run up to election and regretted the act is terrifying.
However, I do not thing he was attacked by his own Birfos but I Hon Yussif was reliably informed that some youth in Kakiase said they will attack me in person if I step my foot in Kakiase. if this is the way 2020 campaign will be then it will be interesting as we as a political party is ever prepared this year.
Mr Samuel Sansah Gonsob is a Birfor young teacher, the current constituency deputy organiser of NDC in the Bole Bamboi Constituency and a right hand man of the parliamentary candidate for the NDC.
