The Paramount Chief of the Buipe Traditional Area and Vice President of the Savannah Regional House of Chiefs, Buipewura Abdulai Jinapor ll, has commended the Bole District Police Commander, DSP Benjamin Buxton, for his commitment and dedication to duty and raising high the flag of the service.
At a general meeting held by the Savannah Regional House of Chiefs at Bole on June 23, 2022, the Paramount Chief urged him to continue with his unflinching sense of duty and hard work to enhance security in the area.
“The Savannah Regional House of Chiefs is very grateful to you for your dedication, commitment and hard work and we urged you to keep it up”, the Chief noted.
He added that information picked up suggest that the Police Commander at times join a passenger transport for the purposes of patrolling the highway.
According to him, the registrar has been told to write a report on the good works of the Police Commander for the House to submit to the IGP for him to how dedicated and hardworking the commander has been since taken over from his predecessor.
Armed robbers have over the years terrorized and traumatized people on the Bole-Bamboi highway and the new District Police Commander is working hard with his men as they undertake constant patrols on the highway to fight against such criminals.
